Già da qualche settimana sto testando alcuni rossetti Wet'n'Wild della serie Mega Last Lip Color, e ho deciso di iniziare a recensirli. Partirò con quello che ho sfruttato di più, lo Smokin' Hot Pink.
Il Wet'n'Wild Smokin' Hot Pink è un rosa intenso ma non troppo acceso dal sottotono leggermente caldo e un bel finish matte. Ha una pigmentazione pazzesca, il colore è già pieno ed intenso con una sola passata, si distribuisce in modo uniforme e ha una durata notevole (intorno alle 6 ore pur bevendo, fumando e mangiando qualche snack). Va a scomparire sbiandendo in modo uniforme, così non devo stare con l'ansia di trovarmi col rossetto sul contorno labbra e il nulla assoluto al centro e dintorni.
So che questa linea ha dato problemi di idratazione a qualcuna, ma su di me questo rossetto fornisce la giusta idratazione. Una volta indossato, sulle labbra non lo sento assolutamente.
Un'altra critica che ho letto è verso il packaging: indubbiamente non è pregiato né ricercato, e il fatto che il bullet non rientri completamente effettivamente non è il massimo della vita. Ma tutto questo a me non ha dato noia affatto. L'unica critica che ho da muovere è che il prodotto non è ben "ancorato" al fondo quindi lo stick si muove (per lo meno il mio!) e, se si porta in borsa, si va a "appoggiare" contro il tappo lasciandovi una minuscola quantità di prodotto. Tuttavia, nella mia modesta opinione, qui stiamo parlando di un rossetto con una qualità incredibile e che costa 2.95€. Francamente, il packaging carente o cheap è l'ultimo dei miei pensieri!
E voi avete provato dei Mega Last? Quale vorreste vedere in futuro? Il presunto dupe del MAC Rebel (con comparazione "a tre" con lo stesso Rebel e il Milani Sangria), il Cherry Bomb o lo Stoplight Red?

In these weeks I'm testing some Wet'n'Wild lipsticks from their Mega Last Lip Color line, and I decided to start writing some reviews about them. The first colour I'd like to introduce is Smokin' Hot Pink, which is the one I'm using the most.
Wet'n'Wild Lipstick in Smokin' Hot Pink is an intense but not too bright pink with a subtle warm undertone and a matte finish. It has an incredible pigmentation, the color payoff is perfect in just one coat and the longevity is excellent too, it lasts about 6 hours on me (even if I drink, smoke and eat snacks). It fades uniformly, leaving a nice pink stain, which is great because I don't have to check if I have an intense color on my lips contour and nothing on the center of my lips.
I've read that these lipsticks are not considered moisturizing by many ladies, but I have to say that I don't have any hydration problem with Smokin' Hot Pink.
Talking about the packaging: I know, it's quite cheap and doesn't have a great appeal; moreover, it has a slight slanting on the top and doesn’t swivel completely so you have to be careful while closing and opening it. But I honestly don't care, I don't have any problem with this "system".
The major drawback of this packaging, in my experience, is that the bullet of my lipstick is not properly fixed to the bottom, so it moves and bumps into the cap when I carry it in my bag, leaving a super tiny amount of product on the cap.
Anyway, in my humble opinion, we're still talking about a lipstick with an amazing quality which costs only 2.95€ (here in Italy)... I think I don't have to right to complain too much!!!
Have you ever tried any Mega Last lipsticks? Are you interested in more reviews? Would you prefer to see Sugarplum Fairy (a supposed MAC Rebel dupe, I could do a comparison between Sugarplum, Rebel and Milani Sangria), Cherry Bomb or Stoplight Red?
